Fair and transparent return & replacement process
Return/ Replacement Request may be placed if the product received by you (USER) is damaged, defective or item different from what was ordered. To initiate a return or replacement request, please visit the Order Details in My Account.
In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and by that time the order has already been "processed" by the seller, the order cannot be cancelled. booksvale.com has the complete right to decide whether an order can be cancelled or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by booksvale.com and accept booksvale.com's decision regarding cancellation.
booksvale.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received.
Returns are not possible in following scenarios:

You have 2 days from the date of delivery to report any issues and initiate a return request.
If the replacement product is unavailable, we'll initiate a refund after obtaining your consent.
For damaged/defective items, return shipping charges are refunded in the form of coupons.
Refunds are typically processed as reward points valid for 6 months, or via the original payment method.
No, all items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
